Tracing how transgender and gender-diverse mental-health research in mainland China moved from clinical and urban convenience samples toward national surveys, school samples, minority-stress measures, family and school mechanisms, service utilization, and culturally adapted measurement, this article proposes a mental-health evidence matrix and a mechanism-chain ledger.
